Pesto Garlic Knots

Roll out our classic dough like you would a pizza to a half inch in thickness and about 7 inch diameter. Then, cut half inch strips and knot the strips. Let them sit for one hour in room temperature and then bake until golden brown. Toss in pesto while still warm and add olive oil as needed. Top with pecorino romano.
